&lt;p&gt;You may contact us anytime! We'll return all phone calls and emails but we do have office hours. You can normally expect an immediate response 9-5 (CST) Monday through Friday but sometimes we'll be away from our desks or helping other customers so leave a message with a return phone number and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. That goes for emails too.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;Shipping Times&lt;/h3&gt;

We're able to ship both small and large orders fairly quickly and most on the same business day. (Provided you order before we ship that day.) Sometimes we get busy and packing boxes takes time, so we ask that you give us at most 3 business days. And of course, you'll get an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

&lt;h3&gt;Exchanges and Returns&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
If you're not satisfied with your purchase or ordered the wrong size, you may return or exchange unworn merchandise in original condition within 30 days of the ship date. Exchanges are free but shipping is not. Return credits will be applied back to the credit card you used to purchase the items. &lt;h3&gt;Did you receive the wrong items?&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In the rare event that we have accidentally sent you the wrong items or you received damaged items, please let us know immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Our shipping rates are based on order weight and shipping method. We ship with any of UPS's shipping methods and use their services to calculate the shipping costs. We do our best to keep our costs competitive in our warehouse and in transit to your location. Currently we ship in the United States only. We are also happy to offer free ground shipping on orders over $100!&lt;/p&gt;
